John PERRACHON

John Perrachon, was a Managing Director and Operating Partner at Lincolnshire, which he joined in 2008. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Perrachon was President & CEO of TouchTunes Music Corporation, the world’s leading provider of interactive, music-on-demand, digital downloading jukeboxes. Mr. Perrachon also served as CEO of De Agostini Atlas Editions, a direct marketing company specializing in children’s entertainment and educational products with operations throughout the world. Mr. Perrachon spent 10 years with Bertelsmann in various roles, including COO & CFO for BMG Direct and President of BMG Direct (Canada). Mr. Perrachon began his career at RCA Corporation in 1980. Additionally, he served on the board of publicly traded TouchTunes as well as on the boards of Lincolnshire (PADI, National Pen, Aerosim, and VPC) or De Agostini owned portfolio companies. Mr. Perrachon earned a Master of Science in Engineering (1978) from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA (1983) from the Wharton School of Business.

Nicolas DELCOURT

Nicolas Delcourt co-founded Intuitis in 2010 in France, where he completed three
investments (Avime, Sopragglo, and Uship) before moving to the US in 2014 and founding
its US counterpart. Since this moment, the US and French operations of Intuitis have been
run independently both in terms of organization and governance. Prior to founding Intuitis,
Mr. Delcourt was a Partner at Silverfleet Capital, a British PE Firm, which he joined in the
Paris office in 2001. There, he was responsible for generating investment opportunities,
leading investment processes, and developing Silverfleet’s footprint and visibility in France.
He also spent three years as an Associate Director at Apax Partners, a PE firm based in
Paris, which he joined in 1998 after spending three years as a case team leader with Bain
and Company in Boston. At Apax, he mainly supported partners on all aspects of making
new investments and developing portfolio companies. Additionally, he served on the board
of Prezioso Technilor, Groupe Moliflor Loisirs, Orefi, Sterigenics International, and Uship, and
currently serves on the boards of Sopragglo, Avime, Driving Dynamics, and
Millrock Technology. Mr. Delcourt began his business career in 1990 with IBM Corporation
as a Sales Representative in Paris after having served as second-lieutenant in the French
Navy. Mr. Delcourt earned a Master of Science in Engineering (1988) from École
Supérieure d’Électricité (Paris) and an MBA (1995) from the Wharton School of Business.

Yves MOUTRAN

Yves Moutran is the founder and CEO of Moutran Saint Elias, a family office, which he established in 2008. There, he invested as controlling shareholder and as minority shareholder in several privately owned and publicly traded companies in France and the US. Before, Mr. Moutran was Managing Director of Wendel Investment, a listed French PE firm which he joined in 2000. There, he was a member of the operational, investment and executive committees of Wendel Investment, a family-controlled listed investment company that manages approximately six billion euros. His responsibilities encompassed the life cycle of a majority shareholder equity investment, deal flow origination, and analysis. Moreover, he served on several boards of publicly traded or privately-owned companies such as Materis, Bureau Veritas, Neuf Cegetel, Wheelabrator, Trader Classified and Karioba Development after beginning his career in 1995 at the Boston Consulting Group (Paris) then on to Cegetel Entreprises which he joined in 1997. He served in the French army as second lieutenant. Mr. Moutran earned a Master of Science (1992) from École Polytechnique and MBA (2000) from the Harvard Business School.
