Nicolas Bourret  was a Partner with Bain & Company, which in joined in 2004 in Paris. He has worked in many geographies across the world and has been living in North America for the past 10 years. During his time with Bain, he worked closely with leading Private Equity firms on 60+ acquisitions. He supported 10 middle market portfolio companies working closely with management and financial sponsors to prioritize growth opportunities, build detailed actions plans and support implementation including M&A. Outside of his work in the Private Equity space, he has led with other Partners several multi-year full potential programs with large corporate clients where he brought a strong focus on the few critical value drivers, drove a wide range of performance improvement actions and invested in developing the talent base. He has worked across multiple industries including business services, industrial services, distribution, packaging, specialty manufacturing and infrastructure. Mr. Bourret earned a Master of Science in Engineering (2002) from Ecole Centrale and an MBA (2008) from INSEAD.
